Who qualifies for a Family membership?
One family is defined as two adults and up to four children under the age of 21 living at one address.
Who qualifies for a Couples membership?
Couples are defined as two adults living at one address.
How do guest pass punch cards work?
Guest punches are tracked on punch cards included with your membership. You must have your punch card with you when bringing a guest. Punch counts vary by plan — see the comparison above.
What happens if my payment is late?
If the monthly fee is delinquent for more than three months, the initiation (registration) fee will be required again to reinstate your membership.
When does monthly billing start?
Your monthly recurring fee begins 30 days from the date you register as a member.
